Operation Reassurance
This program is designed to assure the daily well-being of seniors who live alone. When enrolled, you will call police dispatch daily at a pre-arranged time. If a call is not received, a dispatcher will attempt to call you. If you cannot be reached, a police officer will be sent to your home to assure your well-being.
Carrier Link Program
Your mail carrier will check daily to see that your mail is picked up from your mailbox. If letters pile up or other warning signs indicate that you have a possible problem, a call will be placed to the Police Department. A police officer will come to your home to check on you.
