Over the last few weeks all of the parking areas in Parcel 1 have been repaved. This is part of the last major stage of the remediation project that was left unfinished by the previous management. As I stated in an earlier comment, I am very happy with the new-and-improved parking area. What I'm not happy with is the proliferation of "please be aware" sign that are on far too many doors and mailboxes. I just wish that the people that put the signs up would then come around and take them down. It's the same messy problem with folks that are campaigning for the board -- they have no problem getting the word out (complete with envelopes and pencils) but ignore the clean-up after the fact. It all falls under the "be considerate to your neighbor" (hello dog owners!!!) column that is sadly overlooked too often.
The parking area looks terrific. Now if we could only do something with the dumpsters.
I think they did a great job. I especially like the that you can see the lines marking the spaces.
