Fitness Classes at Princeton Landing

Barbara Vees, a personal trainer with Body Project Fitness & Health and a resident of Parcel 6, is announcing Trim 'n Tone Fitness at Princeton Landing. Barbara will host a "Get Fit Kick-Off" at The Smith House on Saturday, September 12, from 10 am to noon to share more information about this fitness program. Free workouts for residents to try the program will be conducted on September 15, 17, 22 and 24 from 9:15 to 10 am at The Smith House. Registration is required and space is limited. That will definitely be considered if there is enough interest. The logistics of using the Smith House after business hours will also need to be addressed. Encourage any other interested parties to send their comments as well. Thanks!
