We are truly sorry to hear that property manager Matt Lubas is leaving Princeton Landing. His last day will be this Friday, January 8. He is going off to manage two other Signature Property Group communities in the area — a great opportunity for Matt but a real loss for Princeton Landing. We'll miss his fun sense of humor and friendly style. Good luck, Matt, and our best wishes to you and Jen.

Matt you have, and always will be, a tremendous asset to Signature Property Group; as well as; being a tremendous asset to Princeton Landing. I am both sad and happy at the same time to see you go. I'm sad at the fact that you are leaving our management team here at Princeton Landing; but am very happy to see that you will be expanding your horizons and furthering your career in property management.
It has been a privilege to have worked with you here at Princeton Landing. You have taught me probably (no definitely) more than I care to know about landscaping and much more.
Your happy go lucky attitude, dedication and professionalism will be sorely missed.
Best of Luck to both you and Jen in your future endeavors and I am looking forward to working with you again in the future.
Sal
The departure of Matt Lubas is a great loss for Princeton Landing. Matt’s application of his extensive experience with landscaping techniques has steadily improved the look of the community during his time here. His knowledge and ability, combined with his poise and positive attitude, have made him one of the best property managers we have ever had. It is a shame that Princeton Landing is unable to keep him.
