Here's a great opportunity for Princeton Landing dog owners to dress up their dogs and show them off—all for a good cause. SAVE, A Friend to Homeless Animals, will hold its 9th annual Halloween Dog Parade along Nassau Street on Sunday, October 23, 2011. Registration opens at 12:30 pm and the parade runs from 1 to 2 pm.
The dog parade begins at the Princeton Garden Theatre and ends at the Princeton Battle Monument at Borough Hall. Prizes will be awarded for best dog costumes. Cost is $10 per dog and $5 for each additional family dog. All money raised will support SAVE's shelter operations. For more information, call SAVE at 609-924-3802.
