About three years ago when Matt Lubas was property manager, he proposed removing a significant number of trees in Princeton Landing. Matt pointed out that in a mature landscape like ours, older trees are much more likely to split or break during a snowstorm. Those leading the landscape committee at the time didn't follow his advice. Princeton Landing suffered extensive (and expensive) damage to trees in last winter's storms and in yesterday's early snowstorm.
