Wolf Hall premieres tonight on PBS's Masterpiece at 10 pm. The six-part series is adapted from Hilary Mantel's best-selling Booker Prize-winning novels Wolf Hall and its sequel Bring Up the Bodies. The story is told from the perspective of Thomas Cromwell, the main protagonist of Hilary Mantel's Wolf Hall, a commoner who rose to become one of the most trusted advisers of King Henry VIII.
For those of us long-intrigued by the story of Henry VIII and his six wives, we're looking forward to the premiere of Wolf Hall—and because it is Easter, it's the perfect time to bring back our Peeps diorama, The Six Wives of Henry the Peep, which of course was sparked by a serious interest in the subject.
