He reacted to a new travel advisory issued by the federal government for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, which asked residents of those states to refrain from non-essential domestic travel for 14 days. The governor said the new policy, which he supports, and other policies were making New Yorkers feel like they are "under attack" Mr. Cuomo also repeated his criticism of a recent $2.2 trillion economic aid package passed by Congress, saying it did not provide adequate funding to reimburse New York and other hard-hit states.
